For the past 8 년, the sarcastic slang ‘Thanks Obama’ was used to blame all of our life problems. From tweets to memes, and everyday usage, the phrase was ubiquitous. Barack himself even played into the pop culture phenomena:

We have a feeling the Trump Administration won’t be as receptive as the Obama Administration to the trend, but rest assured that we’ll be blaming everything wrong on this planet on Trump for the next foreseeable future. It’s the American thing to do.
