Digital Marketing Strategist

Overview

Y’all is a multidisciplinary marketing collective with a focus on branding, web experiences, digital marketing, and email for direct-to-consumer CPG and SaaS brands.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will work with our Digital Marketing Director, Yassine, to conceptualize, launch, and maintain paid search and paid social campaigns.

You will assist on with ads on a variety of platforms, including but not limited to, Meta, Google Ads, Linkedin, TikTok, പങ്കിടുക, ട്വിറ്റർ, and Klaviyo.

Y’all is a small agency, in which employees wear many hats, pitching in where needed and lending their unique skillsets to the benefit of the agency and our clients. There will be additional responsibilities within the umbrella of digital / performance marketing, including conversion rate optimization, email marketing, SMS marketing, and broader marketing strategy. We do not expect you to be proficient in all of these areas, but we do want you to be interested in learning about them.

A strong candidate for this role has all of the following:

3-5 years of agency experience or brand-side at a DTC company
A deep interest in direct-to-consumer CPG
Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
A team-player attitude
Progressive values – we are a people-first agency
A passion for learning and for the craft of digital marketing
Work CST or EST work hours OR work early PST work hours (ex. 7 am – 4 pm)

Our perfect candidate will:

Listen to Limited Supply and/or consume other industry-based and craft-based media
Have skills outside of digital marketing, whether it be account management, copywriting, കൗശലം, SEO, Webflow, TikTok, or design… we are looking for someone who can be effective in multiple areas

Time Requirement: Full-time (40-50 ആഴ്ചയിൽ മണിക്കൂർ)

Trial Period: Your first three months will be a trial period in which you will be evaluated on your digital marketing skill and if there is a culture fit with our team. At the end of the review period, agency leadership will meet to determine if you are fulfilling the duties of the role.
