Grey Goose Ad Takes Us on “La Pursuit” of Happiness

Start the week with a wild goose chase! Rather, a Grey Goose chase. This ad, part of the “Fly Beyond” campaign from the creatives at Grey Goose and BBDO New York, has us doing just that. In the 90-second commercial, a group of friends chases down a dirt road after a dirigible (that’s a fancy word for blimp).

And really, the spot makes “la pursuit” of a goose, or a blimp/dirigible/zepellin, down a dirt road with friends feel fancy—like something you’d want to be a part of. The commercial aired, if you will, on NBC’s Blindspot, in the NBA Playoffs, and other big TV events like the finale of Quantico, SNL, and the Billboard Music Awards. Beyond TV is the OOH work featuring Le Grand Fizz, a delicious Grey Goose concoction made for hot summer months and the 20-city pop-up store experience called Boulangerie Bleue, where people will be taken to the French Riviera through a secret entrance of a traditional bakery—it’s like going to Narnia, but with more cronuts and fewer beaver coats, at least, we hope. So, whaddya say, let’s go there instead of work this week?
