Overview
We’re looking for a FREELANCE Creative Project Manager to work closely with our Graphics Designers, Motion Designers and Producers on a project to project basis to maintain strong relationships and overall satisfaction with internal partners and clients. Play a role in a nationwide and world-class creative team that supports some of Canada’s top media and communications brands.
What you will do…
Contribute to the success of a dynamic in-house creative agency that produces engaging, award-winning work.
Become a trusted project lead to key partners, creatives, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure creative solutions are successfully delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.
Help determine project priorities and timelines, manage workflows and assist in delivery of creative assets.
Experience a variety of creative solutions on any given day including brand identity, 360* marketing campaigns, branded content, video production, radio commercials, graphic & motion design, event & spatial design.
What you will bring…
3+ Years of Broadcast and digital creative project management is required
A love for people and building strong, trusted relationships.
Strong understanding of the creative process and/or media production.
An aptitude to spot friction points and remove them to set the team up for success.
Excellent listening and communication skills centered around clarity.
A quick reflex to prioritize workloads and react to changing priorities.
Ability to rally others around a common goal.
An organized and analytical mindset that is passionate about problem-solving.
