WTF: The Next Generation of Artistic Genius on Twitter

What if you could follow Leonardo da Vinci, Picasso, Cézanne, Matisse, Dalí, Basquiat, Warhol, or any other great painters on Twitter? That’s right, Кикотене. Imagine the insight to their thought processes that you could garner. Even the “I’m eating a meatball sandwich” tweet would have more value because of the lense through which we view these geniuses. Their creative genius is undeniable, and thus even the structure of their day is inherently interesting.

There are creative geniuses among us. The MoMA recently featured and exhibition called The Forever Now, “the work of 17 artists whose paintings reflect a singular approach that characterizes our cultural moment at the beginning of this new millennium: they refuse to allow us to define or even meter our time by them.” These artists are contemporary creatives who are thriving in our very atemporal world…and some of them are on Twitter.

Today’s WTF Wednesday features 15 Artists To Follow on Twitter:
